1. 3-Minute Grounding Breath
Sit or stand with feet flat on the floor.
• Inhale for 4 counts
• Hold for 4 counts
• Exhale for 6–8 counts
Repeat for 3 minutes, focusing on the soles of your feet and your spine.
2. Quick Body Awareness Scan
Close your eyes and gently bring attention to:
• Top of your head
• Shoulders
• Heart
• Belly
• Hands
• Feet
Notice where you feel tension and consciously release it.
3. Touchstone Practice (1–2 min)
Hold a grounding object—stone, crystal, or a warm towel.
Say or think a calming phrase:
“I am safe. I am supported. I am here.”
4. Dosha-Specific Aromatherapy Moment
